What software does this machine use for drawing? What format do I need to make the file？
This kind of machines don’t require any special software to control. Our Engineer will guide how to use the machine.
Is there training video for operate and maintain the organ?
Yes, we can send you the machine installation video and manual if you are interested in them now. Also, we have an English-speaking engineer who is more helpful. When you get the machine, they will train you first before you use it until you can use it well.
I need to manufacture a special material. How can I know if your machine can work?
We have 30+ years of production experience. We usually can tell you if our machine can work on your materials. If not, you can send your material to us and we can help you test.
How do I know the shipping fee to my country?
Send us message and we will help you check the shipping fee. Notice: The shipping fee is different everyday, we only can give you average fee number.
Machine power supply of the machine？
We can customize the power supply. Contact us to let us know the power supply you need. Usually we provide 220V 1 phase; 110V 1phase or 380V 3phase. By the way, if you have 380V 3p power you can also use 220V 1p without any change. Our engineer will guide you.
